This isn't really a "design" but image editing is usually required before you can upload them to most websites. So let's discuss image editing here. :)

If you can login to it...you're using a dynamic web page that may or may not be part of a software program & you're using a database. Facebook, MySpace, Twitter...even Find A Grave are all perfect examples. If you're new to the net & need help with a site like this I'd try their FAQ's & help forum. If you'd prefer coming here then this board's for you. :)
